How do I get started with Review Presence?
Start the 4-week free trial and you will be walked through a short onboarding to collect your business details, services, service areas, photos, and existing customer list. Your Smart Website and the growth system are built and switched on from there, with no setup fee and nothing owed during the trial.
What do you need from me to build my website?
Your logo if you have one, your services and service areas, a handful of real job photos, your license and insurance details, your hours, and your existing customer list if you want review campaigns running early. Real photos of your own crews and completed work outperform stock images, so those are worth gathering first.
How much of my time does onboarding take?
Far less than a traditional web build, because you are answering questions about your business rather than approving design revisions. The heaviest lift is gathering photos and service details, which most contractors can pull together in an evening. The build and technical setup are handled for you from there.
I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?
Not necessarily, though most contractors do. If your current site is fast, mobile-friendly, and converting, the growth system can run alongside it. In practice, an older site is usually the bottleneck, and the Smart Website is included in the same price, so keeping a slow site rarely saves anything.
